As Director of Enterprise Support, Eileen works closely with Zola’s Development and Client Success teams to provide our clients with exceptional training and support. With extensive knowledge of legal operations, she is dedicated to helping firms leverage Zola Suite to increase efficiency across their unique workflows. Eileen graduated from CUNY Hunter College in 2009 with a BA in Media Studies. She has extensive client service experience across multiple industries, including television post-production and the nonprofit sector where she worked in Visitor Services at the Long Island Children’s Museum for over seven years.
