Ann is Zola’s VP of Client Onboarding. She previously held positions at Zola as VP of Client Success in both Zola Creative and Zola Suite. She works closely with our development and training teams to ensure smooth transitions to Zola Suite. A seasoned manager, Ann brings over 15 years of service and software experience to Zola. Prior to Zola, Ann managed Services and Operations at Endai, a digital agency in NYC; previously, Ann also held management positions at The Direct Marketing Idea Exchange (DMIX) and FCB Direct Worldwide. Ann holds an MBA in Marketing from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
